Shipping Policy
Jove Publishing LLC fulfills orders through two shipping locations. Our activity books ship from Jove Publishing in Leland, North Carolina. Our novels are printed and shipped by BookVault’s fulfillment partner in Ohio.
Order processing and production
Activity-book orders are prepared for shipment by Jove Publishing. Novels are printed on demand and require production time before shipment. Orders containing both activity books and novels may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination and available shipping service. Jove Publishing LLC may offer promotional or discounted shipping from time to time. Please review the total shipping charge before placing your order.
Delivery times
For U.S. orders, estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes order processing, printing where applicable, and carrier transit time.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders shipped in separate packages may arrive on different days.
Order tracking
When a tracked shipping service is used, tracking information will be available after the package has been dispatched. Orders shipped in separate packages may have separate tracking numbers.
Shipping destinations
We ship to destinations supported by our store’s checkout. Available shipping services and charges are displayed when you enter your delivery address.
For any international destinations offered at checkout, delivery estimates may differ from the U.S. estimate above. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays
Processing, production and delivery delays may occur during peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing or other circumstances outside Jove Publishing LLC’s control. Please contact us if you have concerns about an order’s progress.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@jovepublishing.com as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the book and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. For BookVault-fulfilled orders, we may share the relevant order details and photographs with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
